This is very commendable effort. Is is a must reading for everybody’s knowledge .. from children to senior citizens. I don’t know if the LGU and National government has templates for the rescue and recovery of disasters of this magnitude. Perhaps, by now a clear procedures in handling all forms of assistance must be properly designed and communicated to concern LGU’s NGO’s and all stakeholders.
